This course is offered by Pantherviews, SL., with registered office in Caldes de Montbui, Barcelona, hereinafter Pantherviews Academy.
Registration is completed by filling out the registration form available on the website and paying the full amount due. Access to the platform will be activated within a maximum of 48 working hours from the confirmation of payment by Pantherviews Academy.
The price of each course is as indicated on its description page at the time of registration, plus applicable VAT according to current regulations. Pantherviews Academy reserves the right to modify prices for new registrations, without affecting registrations already completed and paid for. The corresponding invoice will be issued to the name of the person indicated on the registration form.
Pantherviews Academy does not offer refunds. once access to the training platform is activated, regardless of the student's progress in the course.
If access has not been activated due to reasons attributable to Pantherviews Academy, a full refund of the amount paid will be issued within a maximum period of 14 calendar days.
Each course includes a final assessment of 20 questions. To obtain the corresponding certification, the student must pass this assessment with a minimum score of 75%.
The student has a maximum of 2 attempts to pass the assessment. If you do not pass within the available attempts, you will have to repeat the entire training process. For this, you will have a 50% bonus on the price in effect at the time of re-registration.
The certificate will be issued in digital format within a maximum period of 5 business days after passing the evaluation.
The student will have access to the training content during 12 months Access will be granted from the date of your registration activation. After this period, access will be automatically deactivated. Extending the access period is subject to availability and the current price.
All course content — videos, materials, assessments, and resources — is the exclusive property of Pantherviews, SL. and are protected by current intellectual property legislation. The reproduction, distribution, public communication, or transformation of the content without the written authorization of Pantherviews, SL is expressly prohibited.
Pantherviews Academy is not responsible for the use that students make of the knowledge acquired outside the established training framework. The certification accredits the training received, but does not replace any official professional qualification required by current labor regulations.
The personal data provided during the registration process is processed by Pantherviews, SL. (CIF B22599609), responsible for the processing, operator of both pantherviews-academy.com like pantherviews.com and the virtual campus hosted in campus.pantherviews-academy.com. The processing is carried out in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD).
The data collected is used exclusively for managing enrollment, issuing the corresponding invoice, and accessing the training platform. It will not be shared with third parties except where legally required.
